Jarrod started in the single-family space and personally completed over 30 real estate transactions, representing more than $7 million in total volume, before transitioning into multifamily assets. Every acquisition reflects the Higher Ground standard—faith-driven, conservative, and community-centered.
Through strategic alliances, Higher Ground Homes and our partner team have collectively executed over 500 transactions and currently manage a multifamily portfolio exceeding $200 million and 1600 units across Kentucky, Tennessee Wisconsin, Florida, Oklahoma, Texas, and Georgia.
